Description

Separate vinification for each variety, with fermentation and maceration for approximately 15 days; the wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques and ages for several months in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby red in color, an intense nose of cherry and raspberry, with hints of spice and tar; a powerful and balanced palate, elegant and deep, with a savory and mineral finish and a long finish.

Stewed meats, braised meats, game, mature cheeses.
