Manual harvest with meticulous selection in the vineyard; fermentation in barriques, maturation for 12 months in French oak barriques, and bottle aging for 6 months.
Deep straw yellow color tending towards golden; complex nose, fruity and floral, with notes of sweet spices; well-structured on the palate, supported by acidity and freshness; long finish.
Grilled fish, shellfish, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
