Description

Very ripe harvested grapes, destemming of the bunches, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a week, without the addition of sulfur dioxide, at a controlled temperature; maturation partly in wood and partly in steel.

Tasting

Golden yellow color. Complex and enveloping nose, with hints of white flowers, apricot, aromatic herbs and notes of ripe fruit. Pulpy and enveloping sip, with a beautiful structure balanced by mineral and fresh notes.

Starters, tasty first courses, fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
