Description

Manual harvest in small boxes; the grapes follow the traditional red vinification, accompanied by a long maceration on the skins and slow maturation for three years in large oak barrels.

Tasting

Garnet red color with intense aromas of red fruit, licorice and delicate spicy notes. Elegant and mineral, enveloping sip, with a fine velvety tannic texture and a long persistence. Extraordinary aging potential.
