Manual harvest, direct pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature; natural decanting and subsequent decanting, refrigeration at -5°C in a special container; final filtration before bottling.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; enveloping and delicate nose, fresh and fragrant, with mineral notes of flint and hints of green apple, acacia and hawthorn; dry and harmonious sip, with balanced acidity, great freshness and persistence.
