Description

Tasting

Aromas reminiscent of flint and high mountain hay. Dry, moderately acidic flavour with good body.

Risottos with mushrooms or vegetables, well-structured fish or white meat dishes, well seasoned with spices or aromatic sauces, or young, tasty cheeses.
