Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; red fermentation at controlled temperature; maturation in second and third passage wood for 8 months, refinement in bottle for 6 months.
Deep ruby red colour, intense nose of blackberry and blood orange, with mineral and spicy notes; enveloping and fresh sip, of great persistence.
Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, legume soups, grilled white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
