Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; The must remains in contact with the skins for 6/8 hours after pressing; it is then removed from the skins and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature; refines in steel and in bottle for 2/4 months.

Tasting

Pale pink color, nose of berries, mulberry and pomegranate; fresh and pleasant sip reveals its clear volcanic matrix.

Land and seafood appetizers, fried fish, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
