Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, light cold maceration on the skins for about 60 hours, controlled temperature fermentation on its own yeasts; maturation in stainless steel barrels for 9 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color tending towards gold, distinctly aromatic and spicy nose, full and dry sip, fresh and persistent.
