Deep straw yellow color tending towards golden. Aromatic, intense, characteristic and unmistakable nose, with hints of roses, spices and exotic fruits, in particular litchi. The sip is aromatic, fine, delicate and full-bodied, with a pleasant aftertaste.

Oriental cuisine, tasty vegetarian dishes, mature or blue cheeses.
