Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white vinification with soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20°C in steel, maturation in steel, bottling at the end of April and refinement in the bottle.

Very spicy aromas reminiscent of candied fruit and cloves; dry, aromatic, slightly acidic sip with a typical slightly bitter aftertaste of grapefruit.
