Manual harvest at the end of September; red vinification with spontaneous fermentation in 50hl conical oak vats; 50% whole bunch maceration and 50% destemmed grapes, in truncated cone-shaped oak barrels; the wine matures for 18 months in 500l third/fourth passage oak barrels; refines in bottle for at least 6 months.

Ruby red colour; nose of red fruits and Mediterranean scrub, with notes of blood orange and spices; enveloping sip, good flavor, balanced and persistent.

Grilled red meats, braised meats, roast suckling pig, game, game, mature cheeses.
