Description

The harvest takes place manually at the beginning of September. The grapes are harvested and taken immediately to the winery, vinified in 25 hl stainless steel tanks for approximately 30 days. After racking, the wine rests in vats until malolactic fermentation is completed, after which it matures in French oak barriques (70% new) for approximately 18 months. Refines for a few months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense nose of black fruits and cocoa, with a harmonious note of vanilla; sip of structure and freshness together, with a long and persistent finish.

Roasted or stewed white and red meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
