Giaconi Barbera d’Alba DOC 2020

During the month of July a slight thinning is carried out; the grapes are harvested by hand in October, pressed and left to ferment in vitrified concrete tanks. The thickness of the cement allows it not to undergo sudden temperature changes from inside to outside, allowing the product to be processed in a natural way.

Brilliant ruby ​​red colour; fresh and clean nose, with hints of ripe red fruit; soft sip of medium structure, with good acidity which reflects the typical nature of this wine.

Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
