Description

Manual harvest of the grapes with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with only indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins for 10 days for 80% of the grapes, the remaining 20% is pressed directly; the wine then matures in concrete tanks and is bottled without fining or filtration.

Tasting

Nose of fruits and flowers, with light spicy notes; harmonious and captivating sip, excellent drinkability.

Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
