Prolonged maceration on the skins, approximately 120 days. 30% of the grapes are harvested when overripe. The wine ages in oak and acacia barrels for 6 months. Unfiltered.

Tasting

On the nose, sweet notes, with blackberries in evidence, intertwine with spicy undertones. The palate is rich and clean, with velvety tannins and great balance.
