Description

Late harvest of overripe grapes, white vinification in steel, maturation in steel on the fine lees, refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of candied orange peel, violets and cooked apple. Fresh sip but with great structure, with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Notes of tropical fruit and honey in a very long finish.

Shellfish, seafood, fois gras, blue cheeses, dry pastries.
