Description

Grapes are harvested in mid-October; traditional fermentation lasts 20-26 days with the cap exposed; the wine then ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 30 months and then in the bottle for another 6 months.

Tasting

Garnet red in color with orange highlights; intense and complex nose, elegant and fruity, with spicy and floral notes; austere on the palate, with excellent body, strength and texture, full and very long.

Red meats, game, mature cheeses.
