Description

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified, without sulphites added during vinification; a third of the mass matures in steel, a third in exhausted barrels and a third macerates on the skins in acacia barrels for approximately 6 months; once assembled it rests in steel, to then be bottled and refined before sale.

Fresh and delicate nose, of fresh fruit and flowers, with hints of tropical fruits; drinkable and tasty sip.
