Description

Primitivo grapes harvested by hand from old vineyards in the heart of the PDO area. Vinification is carried out with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°- 28°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in French and American barriques for at least 10 months.

Tasting

Intense, deep red colour; on the nose berries, jam and caramel notes. Round and soft on the palate, thick in structure, very pleasant.

Pairings

It goes perfectly with red meat, game and mature cheeses accompanied by jams.
