Description

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grow in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay benefiting from organic and biodynamic working practices, and after a careful harvest they are vinified with the utmost attention. Once bottled, the Champagne remains to refine on the yeasts for 38 months. No dosage liquor is added at the time of disgorgement operations. An authentic and identifying label, which wants to tell the terroir of origin with fidelity and loyalty, describing its countless nuances with commitment and dedication.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour. Rich and complex nose, with elegant notes of fruit and citrus, toasted bread and mineral sensations. Fresh and creamy on the palate, savory and well-structured towards the long harmonious finish.
