Grauvernatsch Alto Adige DOC 2024

After 8 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26°C in stainless steel, the wine matures in steel tanks for a few months.

Ruby red color with violet reflections; broad and fruity nose with hints of black cherry, a touch of cinnamon and notes of marzipan; soft and fruity sip, well structured and with delicate tannins, persistent finish and with the typical lightness of Schiava Grigia.

Cold cuts and cheeses, roast meats, Milanese cutlet.
