Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the beginning of October; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; maturation for a few months in steel, refinement in bottle from 6 to 24 months depending on the vintage.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; rich nose, with notes of grapefruit, yellow fruit and wax. Sip characterized by balance between acidity and structure, with good persistence.

Starters, shellfish and seafood, mushrooms, truffles, fresh cheeses.
