Description

Maceration and fermentation for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It matures for 4 months in steel and refines for 2 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Pale ruby red color. Fruity aroma with hints of geranium, rose and white pepper. The sip is fresh, the tannic contribution is discreet and balanced.
