Description

After a careful selection of the grapes, which allows only healthy and ripe bunches to enter the cellar, the traditional red winemaking process begins, where the grapes are left to macerate for a few days and the product obtained remains for about a year. in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Tasting

Medium intensity ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex aroma, of ripe fruit, spices and liquorice, of good intensity. Balanced taste, with returns of olfactory hints, soft tannins.

Land-based appetizers and first courses, delicate red meats.
