Description

The grapes are harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless steel barrels. Before bottling the wine matures on the fine lees for a few more months.

Tasting

Light yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity, delicately spicy wine, with aromas of wild flowers and aromatic herbs.

Pairings

To be paired with spicy cheeses, boiled or grilled fish dishes, light meat dishes or to drink as an aperitif.
