Description

The grapes come from biodynamically cultivated schist soils; the three varieties ferment together spontaneously, with a long maceration on the skins in terracotta amphorae.

Tasting

A nose of red fruits, undergrowth, and violet, with mineral and wild herb notes; a full-bodied and balanced palate, savory, with a pleasant smoothness and freshness, and extremely drinkable.
