Description

This extraordinary wine is the result of the pure vinification of an ancient Syrah clone. After maturation for 18 months in tonneaux, this precious liquid continues its evolution in concrete, where it rests for 102 months. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, thanks to Native yeasts, without filtration or clarification, thus preserving its authenticity and purity.

Tasting

This wine has an intense and vibrant ruby color. On the nose, it opens with deep notes of ripe cherry and plum, accompanied by nuances of withered red flowers and decisive tones of spices. On the palate, it reveals a bold character and a perfect harmony between the olfactory and gustatory sensations, giving a pleasant persistence that conquers the palate.
