Description

The grapes are pressed directly and then mature in 10 hl amphorae and 5 hl terracotta eggs until the final blend the year after the harvest.

Tasting

Delicate fruit between citrus and yellow pulp, a beautiful non-aggressive freshness and a complete sip of beautiful brightness. Pastel-colored wine, perfectly balanced and with volumes never off the scale, with an enthralling drinkability.

Aperitif, delicate meat starters, grilled fish, grilled white meats, slightly aged cheeses.
