Description

The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September with careful sorting and placed in low boxes to be brought intact to the winery; they are pressed whole with soft squeezing of the bunch. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20°C in steel tanks and the wine matures for 18 months in them; refines 24 months in bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color tending towards greenish; fine, harmonious nose, with light notes of aromatic herbs and orange blossom honey; mineral, fresh sip, with a notable acidity.

Baked fish, white meats, vegetarian dishes.
