Soft pressing of whole grapes with pneumatic presses. Natural cold sedimentation. The first alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with constant temperature control. Maturation in steel, refinement in bottle.

Golden yellow color, surprising on the nose with notes of apricot, candied citrus, orange blossom and rose petals. Dry and fresh on the palate, delicate and slightly bitter.

Molluscs, crustaceans, rabbit, blue cheeses.
