Incipit IGT 2020

The harvest is carried out manually in boxes, with multiple passes through careful selection in the field. The grapes, once destemmed and pressed, are placed in steel tanks where each plot of land will then be vinified separately. After the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wines are brought together and aged in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months, at the end of which it is transferred back to steel before bottling.

Ruby red colour; on the nose, berries, leather, spices; the sip is soft and velvety, woven by the tannins of Sangiovese and the acidity of Gamay, with returns of olfactory sensations and good persistence.
