It comes from grassy vineyards facing south at an altitude of 450 m. After maceration for 85 days in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 30 months in 50 hl barrels and steel tanks, before completing the refinement in the bottle.

Intense and fine aromas of incense and nutmeg, with balsamic notes of medicinal herbs. Large and powerful sip, with excellent flavor and minerality.
