Description

Soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. Maturation for 6 months in Austrian oak barrels, second fermentation and permanence on the yeasts for over 60 months. Not dosed at disgorgement.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense and fragrant nose, of yellow fruit (apple and peach) with notes of bread crust, orgeat and flint. Fresh and savory sip, with an important structure, with citrus notes.

Aperitif, appetizers, raw fish, shellfish.
