Manual harvest in the second ten days of September; white vinification, delicate pressing and controlled temperature fermentation; maturation in steel barrels for 5 months and refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow in colour, bright and brilliant. Its scent is typically fruity. Son of Riesling, it has inherited its dynamism and marked flavor. Thirst-quenching and semi-aromatic.
