Description

From grapes harvested at the end of September, fermentation on the skins with punching down and pumping over until the colour takes on; subsequent addition of wine brandy in order to stop the fermentation and obtain a sugary residue. Aged for 30 months in 10hl French oak barrels.

Nose of red fruits, raisins, honey and sweet spices; fruity sip, sweet and refreshing at the same time.
