Selection of bunches in the vineyard and scrupulous sorting in the cellar; a linear destemmer allows the precise elimination of any green residue. Soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in Slavonian oak barrels; This is followed by a rest on the skins for a long maceration of 50/60 days, during which the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Matured in Slavonian oak barrels for the following 12/18 months.
Brilliant and deep ruby red colour; Intense and mineral nose, complex, which evokes cherries, embers and smoke, spices, with notes of undergrowth and flowers. Large sip of graphite and iron, with the cherry returning; a soft tannin and a nice acidity support and prolong.
