Description

Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in conical oak vats for 60/90 days. Once the maceration is finished, it is aged in 20 or 30 hl barrels for 6 years and refined in the bottle for 4 years. Unfiltered.

Tasting

Each of the three varieties gives its contribution to the overall harmony; The aromatic bouquet of Friulano stands out on the nose, which Malvasia accompanies in the sip, leading to the softness and flavor of Chardonnay.

Pairings

Saffron risotto, chicken curry, grilled fish and shellfish.
