Description

Manual harvest in boxes; after a short cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed; the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and the wine matures in the tank for approximately five months.

Tasting

Nose of crunchy apples and Mediterranean lemons, decidedly floral; fresh and harmonious sip, with beautiful acidity and a long and clean finish.
