85% Refosco Nostrano, 15% Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Piccola Nera (native variety that has always been present in historic vineyards).
The entirely manual harvest is carried out in the first ten days of October; the grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for about 15 days on the skins, fermenting spontaneously; after pressing and natural decantation the wine ages in French oak barrels for two years.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; fruity nose with hints of berries, plum and cherry jam, notes of chocolate, leather and spices; full and full-bodied, warm, with light tannins and nice acidity, with a return of berries.
Stewed red meats, braised meats, game, mature cheeses.
