Amber straw yellow color; intense and aromatic nose of ripe fruit, spices and flowers; enveloping and fresh sip, dry, with good acidity and long aromatic persistence.
Aperitif, spicy vegetarian dishes, grilled white meats, oriental cuisine, mature cheeses.
