Description

Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 20 days in open vats; maturation for 15 months in acacia wood and for 20 days in a cement vat; then refined in the bottle.

Tasting

Amber straw yellow color; intense and aromatic nose of ripe fruit, spices and flowers; enveloping and fresh sip, dry, with good acidity and long aromatic persistence.
