Description

Grapes harvested by hand and carefully selected on sorting tables. Before fermentation, the must is soaked in Pinot Noir skins for four hours, in order to extract the color of the grapes and obtain a perfect pink hue. The skins are then removed and the must ferments spontaneously in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature to preserve the color. After fermentation, the wine remains in steel for clarification, then it is bottled and then left to rest for three months before being put on the market.

Tasting

Intense salmon color with pink reflections; fresh and fruity nose, with hints of wild strawberry and rose. Sip of good acidity and flavor, with soft tannins and the return of the aromas of wild strawberry and rose.

Pairings

Seafood, raw fish, white meats, cured meats and lightly matured cheeses.
