Description

Film maceration at low temperatures. Traditional white vinification at controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months on fine lees for 65% in untoasted barriques and 35% in steel.

Tasting

Light color typical of the grape variety. Slightly balsamic, minty and floral nose. Fresh, savory, structured sip.

Pairings

Excellent with fondue, white meats and roasts.
