Manual harvest from different vineyards of different ages, vinified separately and assembled only at the end; soft pressing, static decantation of the musts, spontaneous fermentation with Native yeasts in steel and concrete, aging in concrete tanks for 3 months.
Straw yellow colour; nose of white pulp fruit, flowers, hay and flint; fresh and savory sip, with long-lasting returns of olfactory sensations.
Seafood appetizers, grilled fish, fresh cheeses.
