Description

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed; the must ferments thanks to the yeasts naturally present on the grapes, and remains in contact with the skins for approximately 15 days. A short maturation in wood follows.

On the palate it is a wine of great freshness and great harmony. It is a typical red wine with a young character.
