Description

Soft pressing, preventive static decantation of the musts. Fermentation is carried out for two thirds of the time in steel and for the last period in barrique; the wine matures in barriques for 9 months, followed by 8 months in steel with contact with the fine lees; refines in bottle for 12 months.

Tasting

Intense golden yellow color; elegant, complex aromas on the nose, with hints of white fruit, citrus, melted butter and hazelnut. Full-bodied, soft, pleasantly fresh sip with a persistent finish of fruit and vanilla.

Pairings

Sea and land first courses, shellfish, roasted white meats, medium-aged and blue cheeses.
