Description

Manual harvest in boxes, vinification with cold maceration, second fermentation in Charmat method for 2 months in steel.

Tasting

Intense red color with purple reflections and edges, fine and very persistent foam and perlage; fine and intense nose of rose buds, wild strawberries and blackberry jam; enveloping and full-bodied sip, balanced and clean, which brings back the olfactory sensations.

Fried dumplings, cured meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with meat sauce, agnolotti, cappelletti, cotechino, stews, mixed boiled meats.
