Description

Soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts, maturation 40% in old used barrels and 60% in steel, refinement in bottle. No added sulphites.

Tasting

Fresh nose, of apple, spices and pepper, with a note of lime; mineral sip, extremely drinkable, not without the characteristic complexity of the vine.

Starters, vegetarian dishes, oily fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
