After 8 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C in stainless steel, the wine ages in large 30/50hl oak barrels.
Intense purple red colour; inviting nose, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. Elegant sip and velvety structure, dense tannins and light tones of bitter almond.
Game, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
